Submissions — Rejected

The Rejected queue contains product submissions that will not be included in the round. It preserves the decision so a manager can understand what happened without reopening the same record as a new review.

Use a respectful, specific review note. Explain the event rule or missing requirement that led to the decision, and avoid discussing unrelated personal information. A rejected submission is not the same as a rejected application: the creator may still be approved for the event or participate in another round.
