Rejected submissions

Open Submissions → Rejected and choose the relevant round. A rejected submission records that this content was declined for that round.

Open the details to read the rejection notes and inspect the original content. Use search and pagination to find the correct designer. Keep the explanation specific to the event's published rules.

A submission rejection is different from rejecting the designer's application. The designer can still have an approved relationship with the event and may participate in another round.

Rejection does not automatically refund a payment or remove every previously published gallery item. Check Payments for money already received, and inspect the gallery if the content had previously been published. Do not ask the designer to create another account to hide the earlier decision.
