Dashboard and Rounds

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is the operator starting point. It tells you whether the workspace is healthy enough to run the next round.

EventSale operator dashboard

The three cards at the top answer the main questions:

  • Workspace: which tenant you are operating
  • Current round: what is open right now
  • Operator pulse: how many designers, review items, and automation actions exist

Use the shortcut cards below to jump straight into the active workflow.

The Rounds page

Open Rounds to manage the event calendar, fee, enrollment window, and gallery state for every round in the workspace.

EventSale rounds list

Each row shows:

  • round title
  • current status
  • fee
  • enrollment window
  • event window
  • gallery status

Typical actions on a round:

  • Open enrollment
  • Close enrollment
  • Open payments
  • Sync round

How to read round statuses

Common statuses you will see:

  • ENROLLMENT_OPEN: creators can still work on the current round
  • LIVE: the round is active as an event window
  • DRAFT or missing states: operational preparation is incomplete

The most important practical distinction is simple:

  • if enrollment is open, creators can keep submitting
  • if payments are open, terminals can keep accepting the current round
  • if gallery is missing, the public side is not ready yet

Operations page

Use Operations when you need live control over the current round instead of browsing the full round list.

EventSale operations panel

This page gives you:

  • current round status
  • enrollment override
  • payment override
  • auto-publish state
  • automation health
  • workspace default schedule
  • gallery controls

Typical emergency actions:

  1. force enrollment open or closed
  2. force payments open or closed
  3. reset manual overrides
  4. run scheduler once
  5. ensure, publish, or unpublish the current gallery

The Galleries page is the library of round galleries. It tells you whether a round has no gallery yet, a draft gallery, or a published gallery.

Use this page to:

  • create the first draft for a round
  • refresh an existing draft
  • publish a ready gallery
  • open the gallery editor for round-level curation

Safe operating sequence for a new round

When a new round starts, follow this sequence:

  1. Confirm the round exists in Rounds
  2. Confirm dates and weekly fee
  3. Open Operations and verify enrollment and payment windows
  4. Wait for creator submissions
  5. Build or refresh the gallery
  6. Publish the gallery only after review and payment checks are complete

This order avoids publishing a public round before creator data and billing are ready.
