Applications — Approved

The Approved queue shows creators whose applications were accepted for the workspace. Use it as a reference for who is allowed to continue into the creator portal and current-round workflow.

What to check here

Confirm that the creator has the expected avatar identity, contact details, and current event association. If a creator says they cannot access the portal, check this record first, then check the creator's account and the round dates before changing anything.

Approval is not the same as submission approval. An approved creator may still need to pay the round fee, submit the required items, correct a submission, or wait for the review team. Use Submissions for the product-level decision.

Keep the queue as a clean record of accepted applicants. If the creator should no longer participate, use the appropriate application action or workspace process and leave a clear note for the other managers.
