Suspended applications

Open Applications → Suspended.

Suspension pauses a designer's relationship with the event while keeping the record for review. Open the application and confirm why it was suspended before restoring access.

Use Search, Created and Page size to find the correct person. If you intend to restore participation, use the available approval action and verify that the record returns to Approved. The designer's round still has its own deadlines, content state and payment requirement.

Suspending or restoring an application does not erase old receipts or automatically publish a gallery. Handle a payment problem in Payments, and a round-content correction in Submissions.

If your role cannot change the status, ask an authorized event owner or manager to review it. Repeatedly creating another application is not a substitute for restoring the correct record.
