Applications — Suspended

The Suspended queue is for applications that are temporarily on hold. Use it when the team needs more information, a manager needs to resolve a question, or the event is not ready to make a final decision.

Add a clear note explaining what is missing and who should follow up. A suspended application should not be treated as approved: the creator should not be promised a place until a manager makes the final decision.

Review this queue regularly. When the question is resolved, move the application through the available decision flow. If the event no longer wants to proceed, record the final rejection rather than leaving a stale suspension indefinitely.
