Galleries

The Galleries menu is the visual release area for your rounds. It turns approved submission images into the public collection that visitors browse on the event site.

The list shows the gallery title, status, last update, number of photos, and actions. Create gallery draft materializes a gallery for a round. Refresh gallery draft brings the round's current approved material into the draft so the team can review it. It does not mean “publish immediately”.

Use the editor action to open the complete gallery. Publish only after checking the cover, title, slug, description, item order, product links, and Facebook destination. If a published gallery needs to be taken down, choose Unpublish gallery; this returns the public collection to a non-published state without deleting the round's history.

The gallery list is also useful as a release checklist: a missing gallery needs a draft, a draft needs editorial review, and a published gallery is already visible to visitors. Keep those states distinct so nobody mistakes preparation for publication.
