Prepare a round gallery
Open Galleries. A gallery is the public collection of a round's images and product links. The list includes rounds whose gallery has not been created yet.

| Page size / pagination | Changes which rows are displayed, not which galleries are published. |
Prepare and inspect
- Review the round's submissions first.
- Use Create gallery draft for a missing gallery, or Refresh gallery draft when approved material has changed.
- Open the gallery editor.
- Check the cover, title, description, image order and every product destination.
- Publish only when the collection is ready for visitors.
Creating or refreshing a draft is a preparation action. It does not mean “publish this whole event now.” If you refresh after manual curation, inspect the resulting collection again before relying on its order or content.
Publish or withdraw
Use Publish gallery after review. Then open the public event in a private browser window and find that round. Public portal access must also be enabled.
To withdraw a published gallery, use Unpublish gallery. This changes its publication state without deleting the round's history. Check the homepage afterward if it contains current/previous-gallery blocks.
Publishing on EventSale and publishing to Facebook are separate actions. One does not prove the other succeeded.
