Galleries — Gallery Editor

The gallery editor is where you prepare one round's public image collection.

Cover

Upload the main cover image, set Opens at SLT, and choose Draft or Published. The cover is the first visual visitors see, so use an image that represents the round and remains readable when cropped.

Details

The Title is the public name of the gallery. The Slug becomes part of its web address, so keep it short, readable, and stable after publication. The Description explains the release and, when filled, overrides the default Facebook description for this weekly gallery.

Facebook album

Create the album for this round on Facebook, then paste its Weekly album link here. EventSale validates the link and shows the resolved album ID. The status should say Ready for publish before you use Publish to Facebook.

This manual album step exists because Facebook currently limits how applications create or manage new group/album destinations. The connection is configured once, but the round target must still be supplied for each release.

Items

Upload one or more gallery images. On each card, edit the Title, Product URL, and Order. The product URL should lead to the intended creator or store destination. Open an image to check it at a larger size, and delete only images that should not be part of the public collection.

Use Download JPG ZIP when the team needs an offline copy. Use Publish gallery only after the EventSale public portal looks correct. Publish to Facebook is a separate action and requires a valid connection and weekly album link.
