Applications — Rejected
The Rejected queue contains applications that the event team declined. It is a historical record and helps managers avoid reviewing the same application as if it were new.

Use the record to understand the decision and any note left by the reviewer. Write rejection notes respectfully and keep them limited to information relevant to the event. Never include a creator's password or unrelated private details.
If circumstances change and the event wants to reconsider the creator, follow the available re-review process instead of creating a duplicate application. A rejected application does not mean the creator's CaveTech account or other product access has been deleted.
