Rejected applications

Open Applications → Rejected.

This tab holds applications that were declined. Open a record to review the submitted details and the decision before making another change. Search and the Created filter still apply, so clear them if a record is missing.

A rejection is different from deleting a record or refunding a payment. Its reason should explain the decision to the creator. The reason is visible in the creator's application history.

If your team decides to accept the designer later, use the available approval action and confirm the new status in Approved. Do not ask the designer to create duplicate accounts to bypass the earlier decision.

For unacceptable content in one round from an already accepted designer, use submission review, not this application queue.
