Approved submissions

Open Submissions → Approved and choose the round. These submissions passed review and can supply the round's public gallery.

Open a record to check the final item images, titles, prices, links, categories and billing attribution. An approved submission is not proof that its gallery is already published.

Publish the approved content​

  1. Open Galleries.
  2. Create the gallery draft, or refresh it when approved content changed.
  3. Inspect the cover, item order and destinations in the editor.
  4. Publish the gallery only after the full round is ready.

If content needs correction, use the available review controls to request changes. Then inspect both the submission state and any gallery already published. Do not assume a public page is correct merely because the earlier version was approved.

When creators edit approved content within an allowed edit window, review the resulting state before publication. The event's policy and deadlines determine which edits are permitted.
