Facebook — Delivery Log

The Delivery log records attempts to publish gallery content to the connected Facebook Page. It helps you distinguish a problem with EventSale from a permission or Page problem in Meta.

Review the latest attempt first. Check the round or gallery name, the attempt time, the result, and any error message. If the Page was disconnected, access was revoked, or the Page no longer accepts the requested action, fix the Connection page and validate again before retrying.

Remember that Facebook requires a group or album destination to be created for each round under the current platform limitations. EventSale can publish to the destination once it is available, but it cannot silently invent a new Facebook group with the permissions of your account. Keep the round's album link correct and test the first gallery of every new event cycle.
