Submissions — Needs Fix

The Needs Fix queue contains submissions returned to creators with a specific correction request. It is the best place to see which products are waiting for creator action.

Open the review notes before contacting the creator. The note should explain the problem in plain language: for example, a missing store link, an image that does not meet the event's format, or a product that does not match the published category.

When the creator resubmits, the record can return to Pending Review. Recheck the changed fields instead of assuming every problem was fixed. If the creator cannot correct the submission before the deadline, record the final decision clearly.
