Submissions needing changes

Open Submissions → Needs fix and select the correct round. These submissions were returned to the creator through Request changes.

1. Open the submission and read the existing review notes.
2. Check whether the round is still editable under its current policy.
3. Tell the creator exactly which image, link, price or category needs correction.
4. The creator edits and sends the revised content using the available submission action.
5. Review the new version when it returns to Pending review. Check the requested changes before approving.

If the content now requires payment, it can remain awaiting payment until that payment is confirmed. If the edit deadline passed, inspect round controls; changing a review status by itself does not change the schedule.

A request for changes concerns this round's content. It does not suspend the designer's application or issue a refund. Keep the review notes specific and suitable for the creator to read.
