Brand

The Brand tab controls how your EventSale workspace appears to visitors and creators. This is where you choose the public address, name, browser title, support contact, colors, theme, logo, and favicon.

EventSale Brand settings

Public address

Portal slug

The Portal slug is the short address used by your public EventSale portal. It becomes the last part of the portal URL and is also used by the public application address.

For example, if the slug is aurora-atelier, the public portal uses an address similar to:

/portal/aurora-atelier

The field checks whether the address is available while you type. Use letters, numbers, and hyphens. Spaces are converted to hyphens. Avoid changing the slug after sharing the event address because old links may no longer point to the same portal.

Public identity

Brand name

The Brand name is the name visitors and creators see in the portal, galleries, and EventSale messages. Use the name your audience recognizes, such as the event or organization name.

Browser tab title

The Browser tab title is the text shown in the visitor's browser tab. It is useful for identifying the event when someone has several tabs open. Keep it short and recognizable; the field accepts up to 80 characters.

Support email

The Support email is the optional contact address shown to creators who are waiting for a decision or need help. Use an inbox that the event team actually monitors.

Accent color

The Accent color controls the main highlight color used by the public portal and its actions. Enter a HEX value such as #7c3aed.

Theme preset

The Theme preset selects the overall visual treatment for the public portal. The available presets are:

  • Aurora — the default light purple/blue presentation;
  • Sunrise — a warmer presentation; and
  • Mono — a more neutral presentation.

The preset changes the visual foundation. It does not replace your logo, banners, gallery, or homepage content.

Logo and favicon

Logo URL (optional)

The Logo URL lets you provide a public image address for the event logo. Use the upload control when possible so the asset remains connected to the workspace.

Logo upload

Upload logo sends an image directly to the workspace and uses it in the public portal. The upload accepts images up to 1 MB and recommends a square image around 600 × 600 pixels.

You can remove the current logo and upload another one. Removing it does not remove your brand name or any homepage images.

Favicon upload

Upload favicon sets the small image shown in the browser tab and bookmarks. The upload accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, or ICO files up to 1 MB and recommends 256 × 256 pixels.

Homepage content

The Brand tab does not contain the homepage hero text or hero media. Those are managed in Site Homepage, where you can edit the hero, banners, partners, gallery blocks, FAQ, and other public sections.

Saving Brand settings

Select Save brand after changing the fields. The public identity is updated for the workspace after the save succeeds. If the portal slug is unavailable, choose another slug before saving.

  1. Choose the portal slug before sharing any public link.
  2. Enter the brand name and browser title.
  3. Add the support email.
  4. Select the accent color and theme.
  5. Upload the logo and favicon.
  6. Save the brand settings.
  7. Continue to Operations to decide which public features are available.
