Applications — Pending Review

Pending Review is the working queue for creator applications that still need a decision. This is where the event owner or an authorized manager checks whether a creator is a good fit for the round.

A careful review

Open an application and confirm the avatar identity, verification state, email, store links, social links, and any notes. Look at the information in the context of your event's published rules rather than making a decision from the avatar name alone.

The available decisions are:

  • Approve when the application meets the event's requirements.
  • Reject when it does not fit the event or the creator cannot be accepted.
  • Suspend when the application needs to be held without making a final decision.

Use notes to record a short, respectful reason or the next action another manager should take. Do not write private credentials in an application note.

What approval changes

Approval gives the creator access to the creator portal and the current round flow according to your workspace rules. It does not automatically mean that a submission is approved, a payment is complete, or a product is published. Those decisions happen in the Submissions, Payments, and Galleries areas.

If a creator has already supplied the information through a verified application, avoid asking them to create a second account. Use the existing record and explain what remains before the first submission.
