Discord — Campaigns

The Campaigns page schedules reusable Discord templates. Use it for a single announcement, a repeating reminder, or a planned sequence of messages that should go out at specific times.

Create a campaign

Choose New campaign, select an active template, and give the campaign a name that explains its purpose. Set its Priority when several messages may be due together: lower numbers run first.

Choose Recurrence:

  • Once uses a calendar date and time for a single delivery.
  • A repeating option uses a weekday and time for each schedule slot.

The time zone shown by EventSale is Second Life time. Add only the slots you genuinely need. Too many overlapping campaigns make it difficult to understand what your community is receiving.

Set State to Enabled only after the route, template, and schedule have been checked. The campaign preview tells you which channel the selected template will use. If it says that no active route is mapped, fix Connection before enabling the campaign.

Recipes and reusable schedules

Starter and workspace recipes are ready-made schedule patterns. Apply one when it matches your event rhythm, then review every day and time. You can save a workspace recipe for a pattern your team repeats often, such as an opening announcement or a results reminder.

Safe operating habits

Create a campaign as disabled, preview the message, and test the template. Enable it only when the date, time, route, and wording are correct. When an announcement is no longer needed, disable or remove the campaign rather than leaving an old schedule active.
