Submissions — Pending Review

Pending Review is the main product review queue. It contains submissions that a creator has sent for the event team to inspect.

Open a submission and review its snapshot, product images, categories, store destination, product links, notes, and payment state. Compare it with the event's submission policy and the round's requirements.

The normal decisions are:

• Request changes when the creator can fix the submission.
• Reject when it cannot be accepted for this round.
• Approve when the product and payment requirements are complete.
• Grant free entry only when the event deliberately waives the fee and the manager has authority to do so.

Write review notes that tell the creator exactly what to change. Approval is a publication decision for the submission, not an instruction to publish the entire gallery. Gallery publication remains a separate step.
