FAQ
Do creators need a CaveTech central account to use EventSale?
No. Operators use central CaveTech auth for the workspace dashboard. Creators use the tenant-specific public portal and creator login after approval.
Why does the application ask for an in-world verification code?
Because EventSale can require avatar verification before review. The code confirms that the applicant controls the avatar being submitted.
What is the difference between Applications and Submissions?
Applications approve or reject the creator account itself. Submissions are the round-specific products or ads that an approved creator sends for the current event.
Why can a creator log in but still not submit?
Usually one of these is true:
- the creator is approved, but the current round is closed
- payment is still pending
- the submission draft is incomplete
- the workspace has no current open round
What is the difference between Team and Creator Managers?
Team is internal workspace staffing for the tenant operator side. Creator Managers are assistants delegated by one approved creator inside the creator portal.
When should I publish a gallery?
Only after:
- the round is correct
- creator submissions are reviewed
- billing is confirmed
- the gallery draft is ready for public view
Publishing too early exposes incomplete or unpaid content publicly.
