Facebook — Connection
The Connection page connects your event to the Facebook Page where round galleries should be announced. EventSale uses the connection for gallery publishing; it does not replace the normal Facebook Page or create a new Page for you.

Connect and choose a Page
Choose Connect page and complete Meta's authorization flow. When Meta returns more than one Page, choose Use this page beside the Page that represents your event. EventSale stores the selected Page connection for this workspace, so managers do not need to paste a token into the dashboard.
The connection card shows the Page ID, resolved Page, and whether the Page access is ready. Reconnect page is useful when the Page permission has changed. Disconnect page stops future publishing for this workspace but does not remove gallery images or round history.
Cover and description defaults
Upload a Hero asset as the default Facebook cover and write the Default description used when a gallery does not provide its own text. Line breaks and emojis are supported. A specific round gallery can override these defaults when it is published.
Automatic publishing
The Round number offset lets you adapt the number shown in a Facebook title when your event numbering does not begin at one. The Auto publish trigger defines the event that allows an automatic gallery publication, and Enable automatic Facebook publish turns that automation on or off.
Keep automatic publishing off while setting up a new Page. Validate the connection, publish one test gallery manually, and only then enable automation.
Validate before a real release
Use Validate page after connecting or reconnecting. Check that the resolved Page URL is the intended Page and that the validation has no error. Facebook album links are managed inside each round's gallery because each round needs its own album destination.
