Creator Portal

When the creator portal becomes available

The creator portal unlocks only after the operator approves the application.

Once approved, the creator logs in through the tenant portal and lands on the creator dashboard.

EventSale creator dashboard

What the creator sees first

The dashboard summarizes:

  • creator approval status
  • current round
  • enrollment state
  • payment expectation
  • next recommended action

This page is intentionally narrow. It answers: “What round is live for me, and what do I need to do next?”

Main creator navigation

Approved creators usually work in five areas:

  • Overview
  • Submission
  • Profile
  • History
  • Managers

Profile page

The Profile page lets the creator keep public-facing identity clean without changing the protected avatar identity.

From here the creator can:

  • update display name
  • update brand name
  • copy avatar name
  • copy avatar key
  • change the portal password

The avatar identity fields are shown for reference, but the mutable fields stay limited to what the tenant actually needs in production.

History page

The History page is read-only and shows previous rounds and recorded submission outcomes after the creator has activity in the workspace.

Use it when the creator needs to review:

  • past round participation
  • previous statuses
  • whether a round is still active or already part of the archive

Basic creator support guidance

If a creator says they cannot proceed, check these items in order:

  1. is the application approved?
  2. is creator login enabled in workspace settings?
  3. is the current round open for enrollment?
  4. is the password correct?
  5. is payment still pending for the current round?

Most creator-side issues fall into one of those five checks.
