What to Include in Your Support Request
When contacting support, please provide:
- Your Username: Your CaveTech Rental System username (not your password)
- System Version: The version number from your HUD Controller
- Problem Description: A clear, detailed explanation of the issue
- Steps to Reproduce: Exact steps that lead to the problem
- Error Messages: Any error messages displayed (copy exact text if possible)
- Screenshots: If applicable, share screenshots of the issue
- Region Information: The name of the region where you're experiencing the issue
Priority Support
