What to Include in Your Support Request

When contacting support, please provide:

  1. Your Username: Your CaveTech Rental System username (not your password)
  2. System Version: The version number from your HUD Controller
  3. Problem Description: A clear, detailed explanation of the issue
  4. Steps to Reproduce: Exact steps that lead to the problem
  5. Error Messages: Any error messages displayed (copy exact text if possible)
  6. Screenshots: If applicable, share screenshots of the issue
  7. Region Information: The name of the region where you're experiencing the issue

Priority Support
