The Transactions page provides a complete record of all financial transactions related to your rental properties in Second Life.
Overview

The Transactions page gives you a comprehensive history of all payments made by tenants for your rental properties. This financial tracking system helps you:
- Monitor all rent payments across your entire property portfolio
- Track payment history for individual tenants and properties
- Verify payment amounts and transaction dates
- Search and filter your transaction history
Transaction Table

The main feature of this page is the transactions table, which displays detailed information about each payment:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Avatar Name | The name of the tenant who made the payment |
Panel Name | The rental panel/property that received the payment |
Island Name | The location of the rented property |
Amount Paid | The payment amount in Linden Dollars (L$) |
Payment Date | The date and time when the payment was processed |
Transaction Code | A unique identifier for the transaction |
Each transaction represents a payment made by a tenant for one of your rental properties.
Search and Filter

The search functionality allows you to quickly find specific transactions:

Search Box - Type in the search field to filter by:
- Tenant/avatar name
- Property/panel name
- Island/region name

Rows Per Page - Select how many transactions to display at once:
- 5, 10, or 20 rows
- Or view ALL transactions on a single page
The search results update instantly as you type, making it easy to locate specific transactions.
Pagination
When viewing multiple pages of transactions:
- Navigate between pages using the numbered page buttons
- The current page is highlighted in purple
- The table displays the number of rows you selected in the "Rows per page" dropdown
No Transactions View

If your system hasn't processed any transactions yet, you'll see a message indicating that no transaction records are available.
Transaction Details
The Transactions page provides essential information for financial record-keeping:
- Complete Payment History - View all payments made by any tenant
- Property-Specific Records - Track payments for individual properties
- Tenant Payment History - See payment patterns for specific tenants
- Verification Data - Confirm payment amounts and transaction times
This data is valuable for accounting purposes and for resolving any payment disputes with tenants.
Technical Information
- Transaction data is automatically recorded whenever a payment is made through a rental panel
- Transaction codes are unique identifiers that help track payments across the system
- The system stores complete payment information, even if a property or tenant is later removed
- All dates and times are shown in your local time zone for convenience
