This feature is not yet implemented in the system. I am actively working to make it available as soon as possible.

Overview​

Import Rentals - Under Development

The Import Rentals feature will allow you to migrate existing property data into the CaveTech Rental System, simplifying the process of transferring information from other systems or spreadsheets.

Planned Features​

When implemented, the rental import tool will include:

  1. File Upload - Ability to import data via CSV, Excel, or other common formats
  2. Field Mapping - Interface to associate data fields between your file and the CaveTech system
  3. Data Validation - Automatic checking for errors or incompatibilities before import
  4. Batch Import - Efficient processing of multiple properties simultaneously
  5. Import Report - Detailed summary of imported data and any issues encountered

Implementation Timeline​

Development on this feature is currently in progress. I am committed to making it available in a future system update.

Temporary Alternatives​

While the import feature is not available, I recommend the following alternatives:

  1. Manual Entry - Add properties individually through the Admin Panel interface
  2. Contact Support - For large volumes of data, I can assist with custom imports

When this feature is released, you will be notified through:

  1. Admin Panel Notifications - An alert will appear within the system
  2. Update Notes - Details will be provided in the version release notes
  3. Updated Documentation - This guide will be fully revised with detailed instructions
