Applications and Submissions
Applications: who gets approved
Use Applications to manage the creator onboarding pipeline before a creator can use the full portal.
The Layout tab controls the public application form:

Important rules:
- the form can be customized
- the buyer can add and remove supporting fields
- EventSale still keeps the critical system steps locked
The locked steps are:
- basic identity
- in-world verification code
- store details
- social links
- creator password
Pending review queue
The Pending Review tab is where new creator applications arrive after finishing the public form.

From this queue you can:
- open the full application
- approve the creator
- reject the creator
- suspend the creator
- export the queue to CSV
What approval actually changes
When you approve an application:
- the creator becomes active for the tenant
- the creator can log into the creator portal
- the creator can start the current round submission flow
- the approved profile becomes available to downstream modules such as audience, payments, and public store visibility
Submissions: the current-round working queue
After approval, the creator starts sending round content through Submissions.

This page is organized by workflow state:
- Incomplete
- Pending Review
- Needs Fix
- Approved
- Rejected
Use the round selector at the top when you need to inspect a previous event instead of the current one.
Recommended review flow
For each submission:
- open the submission detail
- confirm round and creator identity
- review items and links
- confirm billing state
- decide between Needs Fix, Reject, or Approve
Use Needs Fix when the creator can correct the material and submit again. Use Reject only when you do not want the round entry to continue.
Designers page
The Designers page is the broader roster of creator applications and approved profiles.

This page is useful when you need to:
- find a creator quickly outside the current submission queue
- compare application status across many profiles
- reopen moderation decisions
Think of it as the people list, while Submissions is the current-round work list.
