Operator guide: designers and content

Applications answer “Can this designer join our event?” Submissions answer “Is this designer's content ready for this round?” Keep the two decisions separate.

Accept designers

Configure the application form, then inspect Pending review. Review identity, links and answers before approving. If migrating designers you already accepted, use Import creators; that import creates approved records requiring first-access activation.

Review weekly work

Choose the correct round in Submissions. Incomplete/awaiting-payment records need the missing content or billing step. Request changes for fixable content, reject unsuitable content with a reason, or approve when requirements are met.

Application approval does not pay a fee, approve a submission or publish a gallery. Continue to Galleries after reviewing the round's material.
